Our beautiful Gwendolyn started middle school this year- 6th grade! She is enjoying middle school, and all the different classes she can take. She is currently in wood shop and loves it. Gwen and I participated in the Walk for the Cure this september, and she thought it was a great experience! Gwendolyn has became a truly talented writer, and is part of a Writers Guild Club after school. I'm posting one of her essays under these two pictures. We're very proud of Gwendolyn!

In Writers Guild Club, and today the teacher gave each student a single feather, and told them to write about whatever the feather inspires them to write about... This is what she came up with....

Dear Diary,
Great news! I have been sent a sign after wondering , lost in the woods for one month. I thought I'd die here, never to be rescued. But yes, I have been sent a sign, and surley, I won't die. I have seen no animals until today, when a single dove flew over me dropping but one feather. I think this to be the dove of peace and love. That feather has brought me hope, and strength to carry on. I will not give up!

Our little buddy boy isn't so little anymore! Logan started 3rd grade this year, and it seems like he grew a foot over the summer!! He's still playing baseball and basketball- he's an AMAZING, and natural athlete! Logan has started showing interest in cooking, and helps us cook meals, or will cook a meal by himself from time to time. He is a huge help in the yard- his favorite is blowing leaves with Dad! Logan's super energetic, and keeps us busy and on our toe's- but we are proud of our little guy.

My niece, Paige, got to come visit us from Floriday this summer!! She flew out here all by herself for 2 weeks. She stayed part of the time with us, and part of her time with her Grandma (my birth Mom), Anita, and her husband, Bob!!!
It was a such a specail time!!

Jeremy and I celebrated our four year anniversary, on July 31, 2004!

What greater thing is there for two human souls than to feel that they are joined to strengthen each other to be at one with each other in silent unspeakable memories.

Redwoods Vacation

We were fortunate enough, to take a family vacation to the REDWOODS this summer! We drove down in two days- spending the first night in a hotel. We met up with the kids Aunt Bethany, and spent 4 days together camping in the heart of the Redwoods!

We went on a couple short hikes and saw the most amazingly huge tree's! We got to go to the Tree's of Mystery, and go on the sky trail, which was one of the high lights of our trip!

This was, by far, the best family vacation yet!!

Two people we cherish dearly, were married this summer! We were all a part of Becky, and Miles wedding celebration! It was such a beautiful, blessed event!!

Our other kid! Barkely's 2 years old now!

Mariners Game!

We got to go up to Seattle for a weekend, and watch a Mariners Game! We had a great weekend! We stayed a neat hotel, with a pool or course, and the kids thought that was great!! All of us enjoyed the game, and the it was kids game- so they each got Jersey's!

Grandma Bray

My Grandma Bray passed away in April of this year. I'm so thankful that she got to meet, and fall in love with Dylan! They seemed to have a special bond, and he could always bring a smile to her face!

Gwendolyn was invited to take part in the district Culinary Competition! She made Parmesan pita chips, that were delicious!

Snow Day's are the Best!

Christmas 2007! This was Dylan's first time sitting on Santa's lap!
Oh my goodness!! It has been a REALLY REALLY long time since I've updated this. In all honesty, I had forgotten about this, until today when it popped back in my head! I will try my best to get this updated... It may take a couple day's, but it will happen!!
Blessings,
Eryn
