New Puppy

This is our new puppy, Barkley!! We got him the day before Dylan's birthday and he is doing well, and adjusting to his new home!

Dylan was a little nervous when everyone started singing "Happy Birthday" to him but once he saw the cupcake he didn't care! He ate is pretty fast and was hyper and silly afterwards! It was a fun night!

Dylan turned 1 on November 16th! He had 2 wonderful birthday parties with family and friends!! We can't believe he's 1 now!

Halloween was a BLAST!!! We took the kids down to South High School and they scored BIG time with the candy!! Then we visited the Grandma's and did some trick or treating in the neighboorhoods there! Dylan didn't know what to think about Gwen and Logan having their faces painted, he kept trying to scrath Gwen's wiskers off!

Logan found his perfect pumpkin... The 3 pumpkins we got totaled 100 pounds!!!

Aunt Bethany came along too and helped the kids find their way through the hay maze!!!

Pumpkin Patch

Dylan had a blast walking around the pumpkin patch this afternoon!! Now that he's becoming a pro at walking, he loves to just explore!! This is the pumpkin that he kept going back to and "drumming" on!!!

My sister, Angela, came up from California this past week! I haven't seen her in 3 years, and we had a WONDERFUL visit!!!

1st day of school

Today was the first day of school! Gwendolyn's starting 4th grade, and Logan's starting 1st grade! We can't believe how much they've grown!!! Getting them up & ready for school this morning was pretty easy, they were looking forward to seeing all their friends and meeting their teachers!!

We all took a family trip to Eugene for the opening DUCK game! DUCKS won, 48-10!!! We all had a GREAT time!

Dylan is now 9 months old! Time has just flown by! Dylan has 2 bottom teeth now, and is nearly 25 pounds! He's very close to walking, he walks along our furniture so fast! He's a happy baby and loves to play with all of us! One of his favorite games is Peek-a-boo!

We have started going on little hikes with Dylan! He seems to really enjoy it!

Rachel is looking beautiful at 18 weeks pregnant! I'm sooooo proud of her and Joe! They are really excited about their new adventure in life and are both going to be GREAT at parenthood! I love you guys!!!

It's not very often we are all in one place to have a picture taken of the 5 of us, so I was happy to recieve this picture!! Looking back at all our photo's I realize Jeremy and I aren't in enough of them. We usually just take pictures of our kids, but I know it's important for us to be in them too, because the kids will want to look back on their parents someday!

We had a great family day this weekend! We took Gwendolyn & Logan to OMSI to play, and then we went on the Willamette Jet Boat Rides! Jeremy and I have been wanting to take the kids on these for a long time, and we finally did it! Gwen and Logan had a blast, they laughed so hard and got SOAKING wet! On the ride, we got to see several very large ships, and Logan thought that was pretty cool. It was a wonderful day!

Play time with Mommy & Daddy!!! Dylan loves it when we both can play with him at the same time, he goes back & forth between us and tackles us and laughs so hard! We love our bonding time with him, and we love watching his little face light up whenever he laughs!

HAPPY 9th BIRTHDAY GWENDOLYN!!

Gwendolyn's 9th Birthday party was a BLAST! She had her first slumber party with 4 friends and they all had a great time! I can't believe she's 9!

Gwen will be starting 4th grade in the fall, and Logan will be starting 1st grade! I can't believe how much they've grown... it's amazing! Gwen will continue with Girl Scouts! Logan will most likely want to play every sport available- he really is getting into football now! Gwendolyn is still avtive is TAG (talented and gifted) at Morningside and is looking forward to starting up some new clubs at her school this upcoming year! Logan has been asked to take the TAG test because his teachers believe he'll do great in the program! We are so proud of these two!

Dylan loves to play in his little pool. He has really turned into a water baby, and would play in the pool all day if we let him! Dylan has been crawling for about 3 weeks now and is all over the place! He loves to chase us, or have us chase him- he cracks up laughing every time! He say's Ma-ma now and I just love it!! It warms my heart every time he says it to me!

How cute are they?! Both Gwen and Logan have really amazed us how much they love having Dylan! Logan is extremely protective of his baby brother and will get after me if he doesn't think I'm doing my job! Gwen is so gentle and loves celebrating every new milestone in Dylan's life!

Logan is doing a GREAT job in t-ball this year!!! He's such a natural, and is excited about AA next season!

Gwen graduated from Brownie Girl Scout, to Junior Girl Scout, tonight! It was such an adorable ceremony, and Miss Gwen looked so cute!!

Dylan is 6 months old now!!! He's sooo close to crawling and just can get anywhere he wants in the house!! He's starting to babble more... lots of "ga-ga" "ba-ba-ba" and "la-la-la's"! It's so fun and so adorable!!
